These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ttcampsite.com and any bookings made with TT Campsite ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Douglas Rugby Club, Isle of Man. By completing a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. About Us

TT Campsite is operated by Douglas Rugby Club and is located on the TT Course on the A1 road, approximately 2 miles from Douglas, Isle of Man. The campsite operates exclusively during the Isle of Man TT and related motorsport events.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A booking is confirmed only once you have received a written confirmation from us (by email or through the booking system).

• You must be aged 18 or over to make a booking.

• The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with these Terms and the Site Rules.

• A minimum stay of 5 nights applies during the main TT period.

• Bookings are non-transferable without our prior written consent.

3. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Your booking will be charged at the price confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit and debit cards. Online card payments are processed securely through our payment provider using industry-standard encryption.

• Your card details are not stored by us. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

• In the event of a payment failure, your booking will not be confirmed until successful payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: No refund will be issued.

• No-shows will be treated as a cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice and no refund will be given.

We strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to events beyond our control). In such cases, a full refund will be provided but we will not be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred.

6. Amendments

• Any amendments to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

• We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability for altered dates.

• Amendments that result in a lower total value will not attract a refund of the difference unless within the cancellation terms above.

7. Arrival and Departure

• Upon arrival, all guests must report to the site office with their booking reference.

• You will be issued a tent tag which must be displayed at all times during your stay.

• Check-in times will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

• Guests must vacate their pitch by the agreed departure time on their last day.

8. Site Rules

All guests are required to comply with our Site Rules at all times. These are displayed on the website at ttcampsite.com/site-rules and summarised below:

• Tent tags must be displayed at all times.

• All tents, including guy ropes, must fit within a single 8m x 8m plot.

• One tent per plot only, unless prior permission has been granted.

• No excessive noise after 11pm.

• BBQs must have a stand or be placed on resting blocks (available from the site office).

• No bikes, cars, fires, glass, or pets on the grass area except pre-booked paddock vehicles.

• No cooking appliances, candles, or cigarettes inside tents.

• No campervans.

• No dogs.

• No pre-erected tents or third-party operators without prior written authorisation.

Guests causing disturbance or failing to comply with Site Rules may be asked to immediately vacate the site without refund.

By staying at TT Campsite, you become a non-playing temporary member of Douglas Rugby Club for the duration of your stay and agree to abide by the club’s rules and standards of conduct.

9. Liability

• All property and belongings are left at the owner’s risk. We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.

• We accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of the campsite, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government action, national events cancellation, or public health emergencies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on ttcampsite.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to TT Campsite. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published at ttcampsite.com. Bookings will be subject to the Terms in force at the time the booking was confirmed.
